About The Position

 Providing consistently prompt, courteous service to the guest in a professional manner at all times.

 Approaches guests promptly with a friendly greeting seats them, and provides menus.

 Must know all dishes on menu and be able to explain them.

 Constantly strives to improve service and develop a “personality” for the dining room.

 Must be able to determine the amount of personal service that can be given to guests, consistent with the size of the staff, menus, and facilities available.

 Adheres to, is knowledgeable of, and complies with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental procedures.

 All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Effectively interact with the public professionally and courteously
• Ability to work well as a team
• Ability to operate a cash register

• Previous fine dining experience preferred
