Providing consistently prompt, courteous service to the guest in a professional manner at all times. Approaches guests promptly with a friendly greeting seats them, and provides menus. Must know all dishes on menu and be able to explain them. Constantly strives to improve service and develop a “personality” for the dining room. Must be able to determine the amount of personal service that can be given to guests, consistent with the size of the staff, menus, and facilities available. Adheres to, is knowledgeable of, and complies with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental procedures. All other duties as assigned.
