Requirements

  • OLCC Service Permit (Required)
  • Food Handler Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they enter and exit the restaurant
  • Give guest accurate wait time estimates.
  • Assist guests with reservations and escort them to their table
  • Provide guests with menus and answer questions
  • Optimize seating arrangements
  • Answer phones and schedule reservations
  • Process take-out orders
