Position Summary: The main functions of the Host/Hostess are to facilitate the prompt and accurate seating and service of all guests, accept payment for food and beverages, and make proper change and helps servers in assuring quality customer service. Accountabilities: The host/hostess must meet and greet guests in a warm friendly manner, making them feel comfortable and welcome in our establishment. Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize and keep control and smile when pressure arises.
