As a Host, you will be required to greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You will be expected to be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests. You should always be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements

Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette

Responsibilities

Greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner
Be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests
Be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait
Answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner
