Your Role: Our successful Morton’s Host promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Seat guests by escorting them to a table in appropriate sequence.
• Check coats, hats, packages in secured area.
• Check and maintain washrooms, lobby and lounge for cleanliness.
• Manage a waiting list and seating chart when necessary.
• Takes accurate reservations and phone messages.
• Seeks management approval on reservations.
• Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
