Requirements

• Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner
• Friendly, engaging, and professional personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A positive outlook and team-player attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while providing excellent service

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
• Experience working in a high-energy, casual dining environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Manage dining room reservations and coordinate seating to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely seating and delivery of excellent guest experiences
• Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management
• Contribute to the overall positive environment of the restaurant by working well with the team and providing excellent service
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including assisting with training and guest requests
