About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

Hosts are typically the first person a guest sees when visiting! Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, self-motivated, customer-focused attitude, flexibility, and be willing to learn. We want people with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service - the ultimate guest experience!
Basics: welcome guests, maintain our merch counter, cash people out for to-go items, cleaning, help set tables, and seat guests.
This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.

• Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
• Availability to meet our needs during our hours of operation (part-time)

• Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be of state legal age to sell alcohol
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
