Position Summary The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by greeting them upon arrival, managing entry flow, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience. This role sets the tone for service by providing friendly, professional, and efficient assistance at the entrance.

Requirements

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
Manage guest entry, including checking reservations, tickets, or credentials as required.
Provide directions, answer questions, and assist guests with general inquiries.
Maintain an organized and efficient flow of guests at the entrance.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest needs or issues.
Monitor entry areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
Assist with crowd control during peak times or events.
Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism at all times.
