About The Position

Established in March 2012, The Dirty Buffalo brings the taste of Western New York to Hampton Roads! We are a family-owned, locally operated restaurant that focuses on delivering great wings and other Northern comfort food in a casual, family-friendly environment. We are also growing! We opened our first franchise in 2021 and plan to continue to expand throughout the Southeast. • Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Work weekends and holidays
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Get to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow)
• Understand and communicate in the predominant language of our guests.

Responsibilities

• You go above and beyond, every day, every shift, to make the guest happy
• Your top priority is the guest and greet every guest with a smile as soon as they walk in the door.
• You genuinely thank guests as they leave
• You like to keep your workspace clean and organized
• You will master our guest management and reservation system
• You show up on time, in uniform, with a smile every day
• You take and receive direction like a pro and when you don’t understand something you ask lots of questions.
• When you see something that isn’t right, or receive a complaint from a guest, you go out of your way to make it right.
• You can bus and reset a table with precision and urgency
