This role requires strong communication skills, organization, poise, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Hosts play a vital role in shaping the guest’s first and last impression by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating to support smooth service flow and an elevated arrival experience. YOUR ROLE Oversee daily host stand operations, ensuring professional greetings, accurate wait times, and seamless guest flow. Communicate effectively with servers, captains, and management regarding table status, guest needs, and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure. Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs This is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities.
