Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to take charge when needed.
- A professional, friendly attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests with Warmth: Read guest emotions and create a positive experience right from the start.
- Manage the Flow: Balance table seating to ensure smooth service for both the kitchen and servers.
- Be the Expert: Answer menu questions, describe features and promotions, and handle phone inquiries with ease.
- Stay Professional Under Pressure: Keep calm and confident in busy or challenging situations.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to keep everything running smoothly.
- Maintain a Clean & Polished Space: Ensure the dining room, restrooms, and workstations are always clean and welcoming.
