Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
Possess strong guest relations and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment

Responsibilities

Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome upon arrival
Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
Provide warm, professional guest interactions and exceptional hospitality
Greet and seat Guests in a timely and courteous manner
Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable software
Accurately quote wait times and manage guest expectations
Coordinate with management and service teams to ensure smooth dining room flow
Assist with phone inquiries, special requests, and guest accommodations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
Uphold fine dining service standards and brand expectations
