About The Position

Provides outstanding service to guests when seating them in the restaurant according to designated rotation plans as well as providing fast, friendly and efficient service to guests when accommodating and creating reservations.

Requirements

• Must have at least one-year previous experience as a Host Person in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must possess excellent customer relations, organizational and communication skills.
• Must have demonstrated ability to verbally communicate in the English language.
• Must have knowledge of property to respond to frequently asked questions.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and seats them in the restaurant in accordance with the rotation procedures.
• Handles and solves any concerns and questions from customers.
• Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who approach the Cashier area of restaurant.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
