About The Position

As a Host, you will create legendary experiences by engaging with guests as they enter the restaurant. You'll manage waitlists through our table seating app and ensure that guests are seated in an efficient and effective manner, all while providing superior service, every guest, every time!

Responsibilities

• Welcome our guests with a signature Syberg’s greeting and genuine smile. “Welcome to Syberg’s!”
• Maintain a fun, welcoming hospitality and lobby area.
• Maintain accurate, even seating and dining room wait times our guests can trust via our table management system.
• Build lasting connections with our guests that makes them excited to come back.
