About The Position

In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service. About You: You are friendly, outgoing, and driven to succeed. You have a strong passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.

Requirements

Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
Must be able to work lunch shifts – 10am-5pm
Restaurant and OpenTable experience are preferred however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships

Responsibilities

Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners
Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus
Answers phone
Communicates guests’ needs to service staff and management.
