About The Position

The Food and Beverage Host is the first point of contact for our guests and is responsible for creating a weing and memorable dining experience. The Host provides a fantastic first impression, ensures efficient seating of guests, and supports the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional service. This role also assists with answering phones, taking carry-out orders, and supporting the food and beverage team as needed. The Host must have a strong understanding of operational standards, policies, and procedures, and be able to effectively demonstrate them. Compliance with all Southern Nevada Health Department guidelines and codes is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of hosting experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace.
  • Excellent customer service skills with amitment to 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid food handler's certification card.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
  • Valid Food Handler's Card.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability tomunicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to mon sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to address guest concerns and resolve problems in standardized situations.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and carrying.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
