Nice To Haves

Experience with reservation systems OpenTable is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
Manage reservations and seating flow, ensuring an efficient and smooth dining experience.
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize service.
Assist guests with special requests, event inquiries, and general restaurant information.
Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Engage with guests upon departure, thanking them and inviting them back.
