About The Position

As a Host at Cheddar's, you will be the first person guests see when they walk in the door. Your primary responsibility is to make them feel welcome and glad they came, while seating them quickly. You will also ensure that guest touch points are clean and sanitized. After guests finish their meals, you will give them a genuine thank you as they walk out the door. In addition to seating guests, you will assist servers and managers by communicating party counts and seating arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly. Being a Host is not only about the responsibilities but also about creating great guest experiences and having fun while doing it.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations.
