About The Position

As a Host at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting every guest with a smile, accurately quoting wait times, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will escort guests to their tables, provide special experiences, and bid them farewell with an invitation to return. Your focus should always be on the guests and your team, making decisions that enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
