About The Position

As a Host at Red Lobster, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them into our restaurant with a smile. Your role will involve accurately quoting wait times, managing reservations, and catering to guests by providing special experiences. You will escort guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless experience, and provide a warm farewell, inviting them to return. Your focus should always be on the team and guests, making decisions that prioritize their experience.

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
