As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests during working hours in the dining outlet. This role requires a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of 3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will meet, greet, and seat members and guests, ensuring that menus are presentable and answering phone calls during hours of operation. It is essential to report any needs, problems, or concerns expressed by members or guests to your supervisor. Additionally, you will assist servers when needed with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, as well as clearing extra settings from tables when seating guests. Attendance at outlet staff meetings is required, and you will need to keep the Host/Hostess stand clean and neat. Flexibility is key, as you may be expected to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels, including holidays when necessary.
