About The Position

We are seeking a Host Vehicle / Ranger 2000 Project Manager to lead cost, schedule, and technical execution of a high-performance spacecraft platform supporting missile defense and national security space programs. This role drives end-to-end delivery from design through build, integration, and test, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet aggressive program milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of aerospace project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering complex hardware programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and execution discipline.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

• Spacecraft bus, hosted payload, or modular spacecraft platform experience.
• Experience delivering flight hardware on rapid timelines.
• Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution for a mission-critical spacecraft platform across design, build, integration, and test.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
• Drive integrated schedules, budgets, and technical milestone tracking.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery commitments.
• Support design reviews, test readiness activities, and customer/stakeholder engagements as needed.
