About The Position

The Galt House Hotel is currently hiring for Host to greet patrons at Walker's Exchange. The primary role of the Host is to ensure the guest has a memorable experience by providing excellent customer service through solid organizational skills and exceptional people skills from the moment the guest arrives through the time of their departure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 years of previous experience as a host or concierge.
• Guest service and excellent communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assigning and escorting guests to their table.
• Providing menus.
• Making reservations.
• Arranging parties.
• May at times act as the cashier.
