About The Position

As a Host/Reception team member at F1 Arcade, you will be the first point of contact with our guests, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests and getting them ready for the arcade experience, as well as managing reservations and the flow of walk-ins to ensure smooth operations for the whole arcade. The ideal candidate will be extremely engaging and personable, as well as very organized.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with 7Rooms preferred.
• Must be able to pass all issued training testing with a 90% or higher.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and prepare them for their simulator experience.
• Efficiently use the reservation system, including pulling up bookings and updating reservations as needed.
• Manage the flow of walk-ins to ensure full simulator capacity.
• Collaborate with all other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold the F1 Arcade brand image by delivering exceptional guest service.
