About The Position

As a Host Person, your role is to provide superior guest service consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments must be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
• Exhibit phone etiquette
• Exhibit organizational skills
• Exhibit basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system)
• Exhibit food/wine service knowledge
• Requires the ability to multi-task
• Requires the ability to work efficiently
• Requires the ability to work within a team environment
• Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• 1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating
• Perform all duties and assignments according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure
• Greeting and seating guests
• Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person
• Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating
• Assisting guest with special request
