JOB SUMMARY Responsible for greeting guests in an upbeat, friendly and courteous manner. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Answer incoming reservation calls. Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system. Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus. Check availability on a continuous basis. Perform other related duties as assigned. Greeting guest in a warm and friendly manner. Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests. Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor. Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the venue manager. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage products.
  • Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management.
  • Knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions
  • Nevada Food Handler Certification
  • Union Referral

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operation preferred.
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.
