The Role: Restaurant Host supports servers by setting guests at tables and responds to special guest requests. Providing exceptional customer service through cordial, considerate and attentive service to Casino Guests.
Requirements
- Must work required shifts including weekends/holidays.
- Previous demonstrated success in meeting attendance requirements.
- Must meet quality standards, productivity requirements, and safety and security guidelines
Responsibilities
- Interacts with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Works effectively with Team Members serving the customer.
- Promptly responds to guest/server or supervisor requests.
- Promptly rotates the seating chart for guests and servers.
- Completes all side work duties in a timely manner.
- Vacuums the dining room floors and keeps the dining area clean and tidy.
- Completes special projects as requested.
