· Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive. · Manage reservations and walk-ins using a reservation system or waitlist app. · Seat guests in a timely and organized manner, based on table availability and server rotation. · Provide menus and inform guests of any specials or wait times. · Answer phone calls and assist with questions, takeout orders, or booking requests. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front entrance. · Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure smooth service flow. · Monitor dining room activity and guest satisfaction. · Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Other duties as assigned.
