About The Position

Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through increased visitation and play consolidation of NCM players. Creates loyalty among valued NCM customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques. Creates a fun-filled, welcoming experience for NCM guests. Starting Salary $50,000

Requirements

• Must have a proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills (both written and verbal).
• Must be willing to work any shift when necessary.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
• NJ CER REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Maintains close ties with NCM guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
• This position requires a valid NJ Driver’s License and team members in this role must have reliable transportation to meet and greet charter arrivals at airport.
• Greets guests upon check-in/ check-out, in the casino and participates in special events.
• Anticipates guests’ needs and quickly responds to guests’ requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
• Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
• Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
• Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
