The incumbent in this position is responsible for greeting Guests, arranging for prompt seating, and for ensuring Guests feel welcome and comfortable. As a host, the primary duties are to greet and seat Guests, but also supports the restaurant in other capacities such as bussing, table maintenance, managing reservations, and maintaining the flow of the restaurant.
