About The Position

Our Lodge Kohler team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Join our top-rated food and beverage team and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service. Specific responsibilities as a Host include: Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome Courteously escorting guests to tables Use your organizational skills to effectively manage all reservations, coordinate activities of the wait staff, and ensure the host area is neat and clean. Responsible for assisting with room service orders and delivery. Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards. Assisting servers with food delivery when necessary. Ensuring cleanliness throughout the front-of-house restaurant and bar areas. Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor. This is a part-time opportunity with shifts primarily be between 10:30am-9:00pm, working weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Energetic and willing to learn
• Organization and previous customer services skills are helpful
• Bartending license required
• Able to stand for extended period of time
• Able to lift 15+ pounds
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

• Previous hospitality experience preferred
