About The Position

The Host II is responsible for assisting the Sales function by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position requiring 30 or more hours per week. Regular schedule and availability during core business hours are expected.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales organization preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional computer skills.
• Basic proficiency in using computer systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office.
• Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep.
• Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.
• Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates.
• Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.
• Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.
• Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website.
• Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community.
• Additional administrative projects requested by management including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
