About The Position
The position involves greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and informing them of specials. The role requires treating all guests in a manner that ensures their complete satisfaction and striving to exceed their expectations. Responsibilities include managing the waiting list, running the floor plan board, observing and tracking the status of tables, cleaning and organizing the host area, and fulfilling various side work projects. The employee will interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and the dining area. The position also requires adherence to company policies and reporting to required meetings.
