Host/Hostess, Brew Brothers- Part Time, Fri-Sun (11am-6pm)
About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greets guests quickly and courteously. Help service guests as necessary in a team aspect. Busses guest seating areas as needed in adjacent area. Assists in the responsibilities of all aspects of the restaurant in order to attract and retain guests while contributing to the operating success of the restaurant outlet. Maintains a clean workstation. Provides personalized service and a great experience for every guest, every time through interaction and building relationships. Serves all guests who request To Go orders. This includes taking the order, estimating the wait time, offer drinks while they wait, gather & bag completed order, and deliver to the guest at the host stand. Anticipates needs, provides fast, exceptional service and checks for satisfaction of guests. Works well with others, especially other wait people, bartenders, cooks, supervisors, etc. Promotes and is knowledgeable about casino events/services and promotional campaigns. Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
