About The Position

At the Masters, every detail matters, and you can make all the difference. The Host/Hostess is primarily responsible for welcoming patrons while monitoring proper access to table service, ensuring all service meets Club standards. Pay Rate: $10.00/hr Essential Functions of the Job Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Monitors table usage for seating purposes. Maintains patron lists in accordance with member/sponsor preferences. Alerts Servers of an additional table and/or needs. Completes all opening and closing duties, including table setup according to floor plan. Attends all pre-meal meetings as requested by the Restaurant Supervisor. Displays knowledge of menu items available. Other Jobs and Responsibilities Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business. Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment. Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job. Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions. Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed. Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge/Attributes (required unless stated otherwise) Augusta National's practice requires candidates to be at least 18 years of age. Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment. Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
