About The Position

The Host/ Hostess @ Abbotswood at Stonehenge will provide exemplary customer service and hospitality to our residents and guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting dining experience for all, ensuring that service is delivered with professionalism, dignity, and compassion. Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm Pay Rate $17.00/hr Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K Free Meal each shift

Responsibilities

Greet and escort residents in all dining venues, offering assistance as needed to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the daily menu and be capable of assisting residents with their inquiries and making appropriate recommendations.
Assist when requested with all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
Assist when requested with cleanliness and proper table settings in all dining venues, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for all.
Monitor the well-being of residents in a general sense and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate associates or departments, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
Act as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff, fostering effective communication across all areas for streamlined service delivery.
