Requirements

• Demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike, with a knack for understanding and fulfilling guest requests.
• Ability to navigate a bustling dining room with grace, ensuring all guests are comfortably seated and attended to.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive and proactive approach, ensuring every interaction ends on a high note.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, climbing stairs, and managing tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Capable of carrying up to 30 pounds as you navigate through the lively dining area.
• Be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods, ensuring every guest interaction is as engaging as the last.
• Ready to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, adapting to the moderate noise levels typical of a bustling hotel environment.
