About The Position
Stacked ST L isn’t just another burger joint—it’s a scratch-kitchen burger bar that’s become a local favorite. As the first and last impression for our guests, our Host/Hostess plays a key role in delivering the warm, welcoming service Stacked is known for.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Team-oriented mindset—you’re the connection point between guests and staff
- Dependability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
Nice To Haves
- Prior host/hostess or customer service experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel at home
- Manage reservations and waitlists to keep the flow of service running smoothly
- Communicate with servers and bartenders to ensure timely seating and great service
- Answer phones, take to-go orders, and assist with basic guest inquiries
- Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and inviting
- Jump in to help the team wherever needed during busy shifts
