Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role
• Minimum one year of experience as a host
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, hear and talk for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hands, fingers, and arms for prolonged periods.
• Ability to move freely within and outside the facility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed.
• Take reservation requests and enter them into the POS system.
• Handle food-to-go orders and ensure they are ready for pick-up.
• Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Clean and maintain all menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), updating them as necessary.
• Assist management and service staff as needed.
• Keep the reception and host desk clean and orderly.
• Assist in expediting food and drink orders as necessary.
