Requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results.
- Ability to work well with and motivate a variety of personality types while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Maintains a positive reputation within the community.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests as they enter, seating them or placing them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Provides guests with menus and answers initial questions.
- Assigns guests to tables while maintaining balanced server rotations.
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Responds to guest complaints and helps resolve them.
- Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and provides information.
- Maintains adequate knowledge of the menu.
- Provides world-class guest service.
- Embraces O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
