Your primary responsibilities include greeting and seating members and their guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Warmly greet members and their guests upon arrival, provide a friendly and professional first impression, and manage the flow of guests in a manner that maintains a positive atmosphere. Seating and Reservations: Efficiently seat guests according to their preferences and availability. Manage reservation systems and waitlists to ensure smooth seating operations. Customer Service: Address member inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure all guests receive prompt and attentive service. Communication: Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure timely and accurate service. Relay important information between members and staff. Maintenance: Keep the host area organized and clean. Ensure menus and other materials are in good condition and readily available. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them in a manner that ensures guest satisfaction. Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
