About The Position
Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring for hosts. Our hosts know that first impressions are everything. They welcome our guests upon arrival and help create a friendly and cordial environment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience, in person and over the phone
- Ability to quickly and accurately manage reservations, guest seating and wait times.
- Planning and organizing dining room seating for the evening
- Answering the phones and providing information about the restaurant
- Clearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employees
- Controlling the flow of the restaurant seating to ensure guest satisfaction
- Team player; you're always willing to give and ask for help
- Flexible scheduling
