Job Overview

This role supports a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalized and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Those who are genuinely passionate about interacting with people, have an ability to establish connections with warmth and an engaging personality will enjoy this role.

Requirements

• Good food and service knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and plan/maintain seating arrangements for guests

Nice To Haves

• Past experience in similar capacity, hotel preference preferred
• Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Seats all guests in a timely and courteous fashion, clears extra settings if not needed, and presents menu to each guest
• Answers phone ad take reservations using professional language
• Volunteers Hotel information to guests, and must be knowledgeable about other restaurants, shops, locations on property
• Communicates with kitchen and team members to ensure steady flow of dining guests
• Maintains waiting list of guests, be aware and know what tables are available, who is covering each section and how to seat guests alternately in each section
