Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of The Floridian Club, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences by warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you! Part-Time weekend seasonal position with a pay of $16 per hour. Hours are as followed: Friday 4pm -8pm Saturday 4pm - 8pm Sunday 8am - 3pm.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using our booking system.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues professionally.
