Travis Pointe Country Club, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Hosts/Hostesses. Built in 1977, Travis Pointe is one of the state’s elite private clubs, featuring four season amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, 4 indoor courts and outdoor large tennis complex, aquatics facility, indoor golf simulators, and a fitness center. Travis Pointe has hosted the LPGA Volvik Championship, as well as numerous tournaments throughout the years, including the EPSON Tour, the Michigan Amateur Championship, the Women’s Western Amateur, the Women’s Michigan Open, US Mid-Amateur qualifying, and numerous US Open and US Senior Open qualifiers. Primary responsibilities of the Host/Hostess at Travis Pointe Country Club include:

• Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Readiness and flexibility to assist where needed.
• Punctual and accommodating.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Knowledgeable of table numbers, section numbers, and proper table rotation.
• Inspect dining room prior to opening to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and presentation.
• Organize the Host/Hostess station.
• Ensure menus and wine lists are clean and presentable.
• Manage the guest reservation book and system.
• Assist servers that are busy or overloaded.
• Bus and reset tables.
• Frequently check the restrooms for cleanliness and supplies.
