About The Position

Create the first and lasting impression. As a Host, you’ll be the smiling face that welcomes every guest and sets the tone for their dining experience. You’ll manage seating flow, communicate wait times, and ensure each guest feels attended to from the moment they arrive.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing role preferred
• Basic proficiency with reservation systems or seating software
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage guest queues
• Food Handler or related certification preferred (where required)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the seating chart
• Maintain waitlists and communicate accurate wait times
• Coordinate with service teams for smooth guest flow
• Answer guest inquiries and provide venue information
• Monitor cleanliness of entrance and host stand area
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
