Queenie’s Supper Club is seeking a Part-Time Host with open availability for all United Center events. The Host is the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest seating and comfort throughout their visit.

  • Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Operate reservation and table management system
  • Maintain knowledge of the floor plan, server sections, and daily specials
  • Accommodate special requests (e.g., high chairs, coats)
  • Communicate guest feedback to management and support waitstaff
  • Escort guests and assist with menu distribution and cleanliness
  • Support service team by clearing tables and removing glassware as needed
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and event days
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must follow Levy’s Responsible Alcohol Service policies
  • Comfortable using POS/reservation systems and following venue guidelines
