This role ensures a smooth flow of service throughout the Plank House Restaurant and Ko-Kwel Spirits Tasting Rooms by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and representing the brand with professionalism and personality. Responsibilities include managing reservations, seating, and guest flow in a high-volume environment while providing personalized engagement and demonstrating strong menu and product knowledge. The position also handles golf simulator reservations and helps guests navigate to their preferred venues.
