About The Position

Part Time - Scheduled shift is 3:30pm - 8:15pm to include weekdays and every weekend. To provide a high quality dining experience to patients which meets their nutritional requirements and service expectations. The Host/Hostess acts as the liaison between patients and food service and nutrition through daily patient interactions and coordinating patient nutritional needs between nursing units and dieticians, as well as kitchen staff. The Host/Hostess assists patients with room service when appropriate and delivers meal trays to assigned patients.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and proficiently.
• GED/High School Diploma - preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in a customer service position.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in a food service establishment.
• Working knowledge of a PC/Microsoft Windows.
