The Host/Hostess is responsible for seating residents in the dining room and handling customer service situations as they arise. This role involves greeting and directing guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements, creating an enjoyable dining experience, and promoting a safe, clean, and neat environment for guests and associates. The Host/Hostess will also supervise food-service associates, help train new team members, and ensure proper customer service and sanitation procedures are followed.
